Consultation with members living outside the M25 regarding the demand for local meetings is on going. The responses from different areas are mixed and the feasability of arranging local meetings will be discussed at the next Council and Annual General Meetings.

The Annual General Meeting for the Region is to be held on Wednesday 24th October, 2007, in the early after noon. It will be held at Friends House, Euston Road, London N.W.1., close to Euston Mainline and Underground Stations, and the Headquarters in England of the Quakers.
